updating my record.............

college football

1 star (18-23) (-7.30 units)
2 star (6-7) (-3.40 units)
3 star (0-2) (-6.60 units)

overall (24-32) (-17.30 units)

pro football

1 star (16-13) (+1.70 units)
2 star (7-6) (+.80 units)
3 star (3-2) (+2.40 units)

overall (26-21) (+4.90 units)

another losing week in the colleges (2-2) (-.30 units), but did not get murdered.

great week in the pros (5-1) (+7.80 units), was due for a good week.

still very frustrated. i usually am better in college than the nfl. strange season for me.

early nfl leans, not actual picks yet.

minnesota -4.5 vs green bay, pack not the same on the road, vikes bounce back.

that is actually all i like right now.

comments

bengals favored on the road? who would have thought it.

oakland/detroit....another great matchup

some really unappealing games to me this week so far. back later on in the week with some picks.

my official picks for the week...............

not crazy about this weeks games, college or pro.
all plays for just one unit.

jacksonville +7 vs baltimore................just a feeling on this one that it will be a very low scoring game and the 7 will come into play.

oakland -3 vs detroit...........both teams suck this year, but the lions suck more.

st louis -2.5 vs 49ers..............49ers a big dissappointment this year and rams (with bulger the starter) a better team.

minnesota -4.5 vs green bay................vikes getting some players back and pack don't play as well away from home, actually the don't even play like they used to at home. vikes by at least seven.

denver -2.5 vs new england (monday night)........wanted to grab this one in case it goes to three. pats will be brought back down to earth in denver. pats not as good as their record indicated in my opinion.

good luck everybody!!

Pats have beaten Tennessee and Miami. Those are pretty damn good teams. I smell an upset on Monday night if you ask me.

Everyone seems to be expecting the Pats to roll over and lose. Well they didn't do it for Miami, they didn't do it for Tennessee which is arguably the most physical team in the NFL. I think they have an excellent chance to beat Denver considering how great Denver's QB situation is.
